— Verified integration
Connect models to your tools – with approval and verification
A chat window alone does not change a workflow. I connect models to existing tools, internal application programming interfaces, and company documents so agents can prepare or perform concrete tasks.
Every integration has explicit permissions, human approval points, and measurable checks. I am based near Ingolstadt and serve organizations in Munich and Bavaria on site or remotely.
— What can be integrated
What can be integrated
Agents with human approval
Agents gather information, create drafts, or prepare actions. A person decides before sensitive or irreversible steps.
Internal interfaces through Model Context Protocol
Existing application programming interfaces and specialist tools become clearly bounded functions. Inputs, permissions, and results remain traceable.
Retrieval over company documents
Retrieval over policies, manuals, and knowledge stores produces answers with sources. Existing access rights determine which content each user can see.
Workflows rather than isolated chat demonstrations
The solution fits existing review, handover, and fallback paths. Success is measured across the complete workflow, not by one persuasive answer.
— From workflow to dependable integration
From workflow to dependable integration
1. Define the task and boundaries
We select a repeatable, testable workflow and clarify data classes, users, permissions, approvals, and exclusion criteria.
2. Connect tools and knowledge
I connect only the required interfaces and document sources with the smallest practical permissions. Every function receives an explicit input and output format.
3. Design approvals and fallback
The agent can act only within its role. Critical actions wait for your approval, and a documented manual path remains available when something fails.
4. Accept against fixed cases
Representative test cases check correct sources, tool calls, permissions, failure behaviour, and handover to people before operational use.
— Verification is part of the integration
Verification is part of the integration
A demonstration shows that something worked once. Acceptance shows when the workflow works reliably and when it must stop.
Sources and tool results
Answers cite the documents they used. Actions are checked against the actual result, not only the model's intention.
Permissions and approval points
Tests prove that users can reach only allowed data and functions and that approval-gated steps cannot run autonomously.
Failures and fallback
Missing sources, conflicting data, and unavailable tools lead to a safe stop or a clear handover to a person.
Measurable acceptance
A fixed evaluation set makes quality and boundaries comparable before and after changes, keeping the integration testable through updates.
