What we collect

When you submit a booking or contact request: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the contents of your message. Your IP address is stored only as a hash (not in clear text) to detect abuse.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are retained for up to 24 months. Contact messages are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, port your data, and object. Please contact the address below.

External services

Email is delivered via SendGrid (Twilio Inc., USA). No tracking or analytics tools are used.
